they are neat! i like them!! tho at this point, if i was to have one of my own… i would try my best to think of something different, other than making the characters have a) matching tattoos/birthmarks, b) that timer on their wrist, c) seeing the world in color when meeting them, etc… It’s absolutely sweet but it has to be done right i guess??? I can get tired easily if it’s just… that. You know what i mean??? So i would probably think of a twist, but i like them alright 🤔

there’s a masterlist post right here! they are mostly all on spotify tho! i’m also called “sparklepines” on spotify as well, since we can finally change our names there so that’s me! you can find other playlists i make there!
and aw thanks!! it depends on the story and ship, really! I focus on keeping the same type of rhythm in a playlist that also has lyrics that reflect either the story or the characters! I don’t like putting, for example, a heavy rock song followed by a calmer one immediately. I like to balance it out and make a smooth transition?? The western!au for example, has folk/mellow ish music, that makes you feel as if you are in a field or a roadtrip. Abél’s playlist is focused on obsession, a hint of religion/awe towards his lover, and selfishness! I just try my best to wrap the musics around the character’s personality and the vibe I’m going for in the story!!

at this point, im not gonna confirm anything anymore… haven’t really been writing still, im just sort of existing and distracting myself from reality hah! and it wouldn’t be on the janti tag/called janti anyways so there’s also that! i will keep slowly writing to myself, i don’t wanna rush anything or feel pressure to post anymore so yeah! sorry!

Awe, I’m happy you think they are awesome!! And yeah, definitely! I need music to write, to have a feeling for the story/atmosphere. That’s why I have a bunch of playlists, for every fic. Each one has a different vibe! Depending on the story and what I’m going for, I like to research and just study some things. For example, the Choking on Flames story, I read about babies and how to raise them for a long time. Now, I’m reading about demonology, demon classification, etc, because I’m very into a demon!au with Buzzfeed Unsolved. Movies are also nice for inspiration, for scenes and dialogues!! Mmmm like now, I’m thinking of rewatching Hereditary again because a) it’s my favourite horror movie and b) because it might give me ideas for this bfu story! So that’s basically what I do! Music is always my ‘go to’ first tho!! :D
